I can't guarantee that anything on here will work for you, as we are all tuned differently and everybody's body responds differently to different things. The campaign, "The Real Cost," will target nearly 10.7 million students through hard-hitting advertising on digital and social media sites that are popular among teens, like You Tube and Instagram, and by placing ads at least 10,000 high-school bathrooms. The ads will educate teens on the risk of nicotine addiction and the dangerous chemicals in the products; an estimated 80 percent of them don't see a great risk of harm from regular use of e-cigs, according to the latest "Monitoring the Future" survey, which tracks substance use by students in 12th, 10th and 8th grades. In 2017, more than 2 million youth were current users of e-cigarettes. State launches latest ad campaign to get Kentuckians to stop using tobacco; our smoking rate is No. 2 among the states

The Kentucky Department of Public Health has launched its latest advertising campaign to encourage Kentuckians to stop using tobacco. The campaign will feature broadcast, print and digital advertisements, along with a targeted outreach to medical providers and community engagement initiatives aimed at boosting public awareness of state's free tobacco quit line, 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669). In addition to the ad campaign, the health department is launching a new texting service in which users can text QUITKY to 797979 to connect to the quit line. The online option is www.quitnowkentucky.org . The services are free and confidential. �Everyone knows that giving up tobacco products is hard to do, but it is easier with counseling and assistance programs like Quit Now Kentucky,� Health Commissioner Jeffrey Howard said in a news release. �Even if you have tried to quit before and didn�t succeed, this service can help you try again � and keep trying � until you are successful." I MADE IT TO BALI

After a year of working and saving and waiting and planning I am here in BALI and I'm so excited I need to just remember to R-E-L-A-X and enjoy it. Decided to do the whole 30 days here (which is as much as they will allow on a tourist visa) as there's so much that I want to see and do - as well as take my time doing it so that I don't have to rush around so much. First of all, I actually want to start with the food here which is just a dream. It's so fresh, so healthy, so cheap, and there's a huge western influence here with lots of brunch places, eggs, avocado, etc. I know that when you're in another country it's more cultural to try all the local dishes, but after 4 months backpacking SE Asia I ate enough local cuisine and it got to the point where a mini packet of lurpak butter excited me. Plus, I'm in serious HOLIDAY mode at the moment, so I'm happy to just be a bit of a tourist right now and ease myself into trying new things as the weeks go on.
